Tech Training for Staff
Sarah Houghton-Jan, the "Librarian in Black," gave a talk for the California Library Association on using technology competencies to create a staff training program. Her presentation is based on California's tech competencies, but you can use OLC's Technology Competencies (the tech competencies begin on page 33 of 39) or even competencies particularly for your library. LiB gives some solid tips on how to do this.
